为贯彻落实《关于在全省青少年中开展“尽展青春活力，建设和谐辽宁”主题宣传教育活动的通 知（辽团发[2005]6号）文件精神， 充分调动我市广大青少年参与和谐铁岭的积极性、主动性和创 造性，团市委决定在全市青少年中开展“北京四中网校”杯网上征文活动，现将有关事宜通知如下：
一、活动时间
2005年4月15日至5月15日
二、参与对象
全市知名青年学者、青年理论家、教师和大中专学生等
三、活动主题
以“我为和谐进一言”和“我心中的和谐铁岭”为主题
四、主要内容
1、紧密结合共青团组织和青少年在建设和谐铁岭和老工业基地全面振兴这两大任务中的定位、工 作内容和作用为切入点，充分体现青少年在参与建设和谐铁岭中的活力。
2、对建设和谐铁岭的深层次理论思考和从建设进程中发现问题，提出新的发展思路和建议。
五、有关要求
1、本次征集的论文字数控制在2000—3000字范围内，以电子邮件形式（并附作者简介）上报。
2、论文征集上报后，团市委将认真审查，并对优秀论文进行表彰。推荐参与团省委网上征文活动。
